Privacy Policy
How we handle information on this website.
This Privacy Policy describes how Kitchen Creek Media, LLC (“Kitchen Creek Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and handles information when you visit kitchen.cx (the “Site”).
This policy covers the corporate parent website only. Individual products operated by Kitchen Creek Media have their own privacy policies specific to the data they collect.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
Technical logs. Like most web servers, ours automatically records standard access log data when you visit — this includes your IP address, browser type, referring page, pages visited, and timestamps. These logs are used for security monitoring, debugging, and aggregate traffic analysis. They are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies. This Site does not currently deploy tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We may set a session cookie if you interact with the contact form. Basic server-side cookies may be set by the web server infrastructure for technical operation purposes (e.g., session state). We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.
Analytics. If we implement web analytics on this Site in the future (such as a self-hosted analytics tool), this policy will be updated to reflect that. We do not currently run Google Analytics or similar third-party tracking on this page.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to messages and inquiries you send us
- To maintain the security and operation of the Site
- To diagnose technical problems
- To understand aggregate usage patterns and improve the Site
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
3. Third-party service providers
We may use third-party services to help operate parts of this Site or process contact form submissions (for example, email delivery services). These providers access only the information necessary to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for other purposes.
Our hosting infrastructure may be provided by third-party cloud or VPS providers. Standard server-level data (logs, etc.) may reside on their infrastructure subject to their own data handling practices.
4. Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained as long as reasonably needed to complete or reference the conversation, and are deleted when no longer needed. Server access logs are retained for a limited period for operational and security purposes.
5. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information we handle. No system can guarantee complete security. If you have reason to believe a security incident has occurred, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
6. Children
This Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have received information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
7. Your rights and choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Depending on your location, additional rights may apply under applicable privacy law.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
